The 67-year-old Die Hard star was seen laughing and smiling as he welcomed a female fan and her child outside the Shutters on the Beach hotel, where he had lunch with a buddy.

Willis has been rarely seen in public since his diagnosis was initially revealed in March, which has hampered his capacity to communicate and comprehend communication.

The actor’s family did not reveal the cause of his aphasia, which might have been caused by a variety of factors.

The syndrome might develop after a head injury or stroke, or it can be the precursor of a brain tumor or Alzheimer’s disease.

Patients with the illness are often treated with speech therapy and taught nonverbal communication skills.
