Bruce Willis has been spending more time at home with his wife and their two young daughters in the wake of his aphasia diagnosis, which is a brain disorder that affects the ability to effectively communicate.

And on Wednesday, the legendary Hollywood star took a break from an afternoon stroll with wife Emma Heming Willis to land a kiss on her cheek.

Emma appears to have been shooting a snapshot of the couple when he surprised her with the lovely gesture, which she captured in an adorable photo and shared on Instagram Stories.

The 67-year-old Die Hard star was dressed in a blue and red checkered button-down shirt and a black baseball cap when he kissed her on the right cheek.

‘I love him too,’ Emma, 44, wrote in the post.

Despite her surprise, Emma couldn’t have been happier, judging by the huge smile she exhibited as she snapped the photo.

A bunch of Emma’s long brown locks are falling over her face in the image, compliments of the brisk wind blowing at the time of the photo.

Emma has been sharing updates about Bruce on Instagram after the family went public and disclosed he had been diagnosed with the degenerative brain disorder aphasia.

As a result, they stated Bruce would be’stepping aside from the career that has meant so much to him.’

In conclusion, the Instagram statement read: ‘This is a very difficult moment for our family, and we are grateful for your continuous love, sympathy, and support. We are going through this as a strong family unit, and we wanted to include his fans because we know how much he means to you, just as you do to him.

The message was attributed to Emma, her kids Mabel (now 10), Evelyn (now 8), Bruce’s ex-wife Demi Moore, and their daughters Rumer (34), Scout (31), and Tallulah (28).

Bruce, who was diagnosed with aphasia in March, appears to be in good health and is seen playing with his two children, Mabel (10), and Evelyn (8).

One day before they shared their lovely kiss on social media, the trailer for Bruce’s new flick Paradise City was released.

The action picture, which will be released on November 11, is one of several he worked on before his family revealed that he was retiring from acting due to health issues.

In the film, he plays an old bounty hunter who faces one of his most dangerous tasks yet: battling with a vicious criminal lord (Travolta).

The action film, which co-stars John Travolta, is one of several that Bruce completed before his family announced that he would retire from acting due to his health difficulties.

The picture appears to be Bruce and John Travolta’s (68) first big cooperation in a feature film since their roles in Quentin Tarantino’s 1994 crime masterpiece Pulp Fiction.

Paradise City features Praya Lundberg, Stephen Dorff, Corey Large, Blake Jenner, and Oliver Trevena.

Bruce has starred in numerous films, including the Die Hard franchise (1988-2013), Pulp Fiction (1994), The Jackal (1997), Armageddon (1998), The Sixth Sense (1999), The Whole Nine Yards (2000), Sin City (2005), and The Expendables 2 (2012).
