The Mediterranean-style estate, originally built in 1944 and renovated in the 1990s and 2016, is located in the exclusive Encinal Bluffs area of Malibu. The property, which was the most expensive residential sale in the city that year, was purchased by investor Adam Weiss and actress Barret Swatek in 2018 for $45 million.

Kardashian’s home is secluded from public view by a high hedge and a towering gate. The 7,500-square-foot residence includes spacious living areas, four bedrooms, and 5.5 bathrooms.
