After her split from Kanye West, Kim Kardashian raised her four children alone in a stunning Malibu beach resort valued at $70.4 million.
The Mediterranean-style estate, originally built in 1944 and renovated in the 1990s and 2016, is located in the exclusive Encinal Bluffs area of Malibu. The property, which was the most expensive residential sale in the city that year, was purchased by investor Adam Weiss and actress Barret Swatek in 2018 for $45 million.
Kardashian’s home is secluded from public view by a high hedge and a towering gate. The 7,500-square-foot residence includes spacious living areas, four bedrooms, and 5.5 bathrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the ocean, while a serene veranda off the dining area provides the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation. Kardashian also enjoys using the on-site gym for her fitness routine.
While this Malibu mansion serves as her primary residence, Kardashian continues to spend significant time at her expansive Hidden Hills estate. She also owns several other properties, including a lavish apartment in Calabasas, two additional homes in Hidden Hills, one of which is currently for sale, and an undeveloped plot in the prestigious Madison Club in La Quinta.
The Malibu property features a pool surrounded by a terrace, with a pavilion and fireplace for entertaining. A separate spa with stunning views of the pool and coastline can be accessed by steps, and a beautifully landscaped tennis court is nestled among large trees and exotic plants. A winding path and stairs lead from the house to a tranquil beach. The property is surrounded by high-profile neighbors, including Marcy Carsey, Neil Diamond, Michael Eisner, and Leonardo DiCaprio.
