In the midst of his fight with dementia, Bruce Willis’s loved ones gave him a heartfelt Father’s Day tribute.
Over the weekend, the “Die Hard” star’s wife, Emma Heming, and his ex-wife, Demi Moore, collaborated to share a slideshow on Instagram featuring his grown daughters.
Willis’ family wrote, “Happy Father’s Day to our favorite girl dad,” as a caption for the carousel. “BW, you are loved!”

Before divorcing Willis in 2000, Moore was married to him for 13 years. The pair had three children together: Rumer Willis, Scout Willis, and Tallulah Willis.
The Golden Globe winner married 45-year-old Heming in 200 and had two daughters: Mabel, age 12, and Evelyn, age 10.
Throwback photos as well as previously unreleased images from throughout Bruce’s health issues were included in Sunday’s post.

Rumer, 35, smiled as she gave her father a hug in a recent photo while the “Pulp Fiction” star gestured toward the sky.
In yet another charming photo, Scout, 32, stroked his cheek.
After receiving a diagnosis of aphasia, a condition marked by difficulties speaking, writing, and understanding language, the Emmy winner formally retired from acting in 2022.

Bruce’s family changed his diagnosis to frontoemporal dementia the next year.
In 2023, they noted, “Unfortunately, communication difficulties are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces.” “Having a clear diagnosis at last is a relief, even though this is painful.”
Rumer most recently gushed about Willis’ “sweet” friendship with her daughter, Louetta, as his elder children have continued to provide updates.

Since his diagnosis, Moore, 61, has celebrated birthdays and other holidays with her ex-husband on several times.
Prior to his health issues, the two were close and even quarantined together during the coronavirus outbreak.
In a 2021 “No Filter With Naomi” interview, Moore stated, “It’s important … for the little ones to feel comfortable with me and to know me so they also know their sisters better.”
