Kylie Jenner calls her impressive $15 million mansion in Hidden Hills her permanent residence.
Aerial images captured rеvеаl substantial progress on the billionaire’s fortified mansion, nearly three years after construction commenced.
Spanning 30,000 square feet, the contemporary farmhouse was meticulously crafted by renowned Canadian architect Richard Landry on a sprawling four-acre plot, marking the largest expanse in Hidden Hills.
In the snapshots, the mansion’s top-tier features, including its reported 15 bedrooms and subterranean bunker, are nearing completion, with the roof and sauna installations now finalized.
The once barren terrain has undergone a stunning transformation by dedicated landscapers, who have adorned the surroundings with lush greenery to enhance both aesthetics and privacy, shielding Kylie, who is presently romantically linked with Dune actor Timothée Chalamet.
The strategic location of the new abode ensures proximity to family, with Kylie’s mother Kris Jenner and half-sister Khloe Kardashian’s residences nearby. Kris’ sprawling eight-bedroom estate, purchased for $20 million, and Khloe’s custom-built home on a $17 million property are within close range. Additionally, half-sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian are also neighbors.
The exterior of Kylie’s residence seamlessly complements the grey roofing material, while her backyard is in the process of being enhanced with a generously sized pool, concealed by a verdant roofing structure.
Access to the expansive luxury estate will require traversing a tunnel that meanders beneath the building, reportedly leading to an underground bunker, as per the U.S. Sun.
Despite nearing completion, several tasks remain before the makeup mogul can relocate with her two children, daughter Stormi, and son Aire, whom she shares with former partner Travis Scott. Further landscaping is required for the outdoor space, and the exterior still features exposed wooden planks awaiting finishing touches.
Visible construction trailers and portable restrooms on the premises indicate that workers are diligently continuing their efforts to complete the monumental project.
