All attention is on Taylor Swift as NFL player Travis Kelce prepares to take the field for another Kansas City Chiefs game.

Fan speculation about the couple’s relationship status has increased since Swift missed Kelce’s last two games.

The couple has faced breakup rumors since an alleged breakup contract circulated online in early September. Kelce’s team dismissed the claims as “false and fabricated,” but the gossip continued to intensify.

Since then, they have been spotted together, and fans are excitedly looking forward to Swift’s return to Arrowhead Stadium, especially after Kelce announced at his second annual Kelce Car Jam that his girlfriend would be attending Monday night’s game.

However, Swift’s absence doesn’t necessarily indicate any relationship issues.

“Swift is the biggest name in pop music and the first artist to earn $1 billion from a single tour; Kelce is a Pro Bowl tight end for the defending Super Bowl champions,” PR expert Doug Aldridge told Fox News Digital. “I’ve worked with many NFL players over the years, and their in-season schedules are meticulously planned down to the hour.”

“A busy schedule between Swift and Kelce doesn’t automatically indicate trouble in their relationship,” he noted. “Life can get hectic, and sometimes you just have to manage as best you can—this applies to everyone, from celebrities to your next-door neighbor. You have to juggle schedules and find a way to fit the pieces together as they come.”

Kelce and Swift publicly began their relationship just over a year ago when she attended one of his NFL games. Since then, he has become accustomed to being referred to as the pop star’s accessory.

“It’s the life I chose, I suppose,” Kelce said on “CBS Mornings.” “I enjoy it.”

The couple’s relationship has its challenges, especially with Swift being one of the most famous women globally. Her recent absence from Kelce’s games was reportedly linked to “security concerns.”

“If she’s attending an event outside of Arrowhead, there are security issues to consider,” a source informed Page Six.

“She has collaborated with Arrowhead multiple times, so they feel safe and at ease there. However, visiting various stadiums requires sending a security team in advance.”

Fans speculating about potential “trouble” in Swift’s relationship with Kelce due to a few missed games are “reaching,” says celebrity matchmaker Alessandra Conti.

“Taylor Swift is arguably one of the busiest women in the world,” she told Fox News Digital. “It’s a stretch for fans to think there’s an issue in her relationship just because she missed some football games.”

She added, “We can compare this to Travis missing the VMAs and other public events that Taylor attended recently; his absence at those events didn’t indicate any problems in their relationship. To fans, these events may seem significant, but just like with non-celebrities, there are occasions that hold less importance, or a partner might be unable to attend due to work commitments or prior obligations.”

“Taylor missing a few of Travis’s games doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong in their relationship. In fact, it highlights her ability to successfully balance her career and her relationship without sacrificing her commitments to be with her boyfriend.”

During the off-season, Kelce traveled across Europe to see Swift perform on her record-breaking Eras Tour.

He even made a special appearance during her three-hour concert in London, joining her on stage in costume for a segment between songs from “The Tortured Poets Department.” At one point, he helped Swift when she fell to the floor at the end of “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,” carrying her across the stage to prepare for her next song, “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart.”

This song transition is particularly significant, reflecting Swift’s heartbreak at the start of her tour when she split from her ex-boyfriend, Joe Alwyn.

Despite their hectic schedules and safety concerns, Swift and Kelce have genuinely blended their lives together.
