Sam Smith revealed Alicia Keys will feature on a re-recorded version of their hit track, I’m Not The Only One, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut album In The Lonely Hour (2014).
The Stay With Me hitmaker, 32 – who recently revealed they were ‘unable to walk’ following a traumatic ski accident – jumped to their Instagram page to announce the duet on Tuesday.
The new version of I’m Not The Only One will appear on Smith’s upcoming 10th anniversary edition album of In The Lonely Hour – which drops next month on August 2.
Sam – who uses they/them pronouns – uploaded what appeared to be a throwback snap of the pair as they toasted refreshing drinks while spending time together in a bar.
The stars held big smiles on their faces as they held a lighthearted conversation with each other.
Another image showed the pair posing together with city skyscrapers towering above them in the background.
Keys flashed a glimpse of her toned midriff in a cropped, blue knit sweater as well as a pair of high-waisted, blue bottoms.
Alicia’s locks were pulled back into a sleek bun, preventing any loose strands from falling onto her face.
The No One songstress accessorized the look with a pair of gold, heart-shaped earrings as well as gold-chained necklaces. For a finishing touch to the outfit, the beauty also sported a pair of fashionable shades.
Sam stood behind the beauty in a long-sleeved, white shirt which was layered with a black and white-colored vest on top.
Smith captioned the post with, ‘I’m Not The Only One feat. the truly incomparable @aliciakeys. Coming Friday August 2nd.’
‘I am so honoured to have such an incredible talent and a beautiful soul join me on this track to celebrate a decade of In The Lonely Hour.’
They continued, ‘Released with the digital versions of In The Lonely Hour (10th Anniversary Edition) this Friday.’
