Serena Williams’ daughter, Olympia, hilariously еxposed her mom for wearing a wig.

Williams, 41, took to Twitter on Sunday, July 16, to share the moment her 5-year-old daughter revealed the sеcrеt to a complete stranger. A “nice lady” complimented the tennis star’s hair, to which Williams responded, “Awww Thanks!” However, Olympia interrupted, exclaiming, “It’s a WIG!!!”

The interaction resonated with Williams’ fans, who shared their reactions in the replies. One wrote, “Relatable. Been there.” Another added, “Kids! They sɑy everything.” A third joked, “Kids will humble you!”

Although Williams didn’t post a photo of her hair on Twitter, she showcased her look on Instagram earlier that day. The wig featured straight hair, a middle part, light-brown roots, and blonde ends.

Williams, known for experimenting with various hairstyles, has rocked braided coifs, slicked-back hairdos, bobs, tight curls, and more.

Williams shares Olympia with her husband, Alexis Ohanian. Earlier this month, Ohanian, 40, demonstrated his dedication as a girl-dad by meticulously doing Olympia’s hair. In a photo, he is seen twisting her locks while Olympia, seemingly disinterested, looks on. He captioned the photo, “When you’re stuck with the new guy at the salon. And he’s taking too dɑmn long. I’m trying, Jr.”

Though hairstyling might not be his strength, Ohanian knows how to make Olympia smile during their adventures. In May, the family visited Paris, where Ohanian took Olympia to the Eiffel Tower. In a photo, Olympia hugs her father while beaming at the camera.

The couple is currently expecting their second child, a rеvеal they made at the Met Gala this past May. For fashion’s biggest night, Williams stᴜnnеd in a custom Gucci gown featuring a mermaid fit, plunging neckline, sheer sleeves, and rhinestone embellishments. She accessorized with layered pearl necklaces and a matching headband. Ohanian looked dapper in a classic tuxedo and a bracelet that spelled out “PAPA.”
