Spider-Man star Tom Holland is set to stay in superhero shape with a major £2.5 million renovation of his London home, which includes a new gym. The extensive upgrades, funded by his impressive earnings from the Marvel franchise, have sparked speculation that his American girlfriend, Zendaya, might move in with him.

The 25-year-old actor purchased the three-story, six-bedroom property in 2018 but sought a major remodel before moving in. The revamped mansion will feature a cinema, sauna, and games room, along with a larger basement and a timber-clad garden room overlooking landscaped grounds.

Sources suggest that the couple, who are currently starring together in “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” might be selecting furniture for their new home together, as Zendaya has been visiting London frequently. The two were recently spotted enjoying a night out and have also reportedly had a sеcrеt meeting with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Holland has hinted at taking a break from his Spider-Man role to focus on family life and new career directions. Both he and Zendaya are lined up for upcoming projects, with Zendaya’s “Euphoria” season two airing and her role in the “Dune” sequel, while Holland will star in “Uncharted” and a Fred Astaire biopic.
