Kevin Hart and his wife, Eniko Parrish, were spotted shopping at Maxfield in West Hollywood on Tuesday, just two months after his car accidеnt and amidst ongoing developments in his $60 million lawsuit with Montia Sabbag, his sеx tape partner.
Hart, 40, wore a navy blue sweater, blue jeans, and white and navy sneakers, accessorized with a watch and necklace. He generously tipped the valet $100, according to TMZ. He mentioned to photographers that he’s taking time off until the new year to focus on his recovery and rehabilitation.
Eniko, 35, sported a yellow Gucci sweater with a cat graphic and the word ‘Guccy,’ paired with black leggings and colorful sneakers. She accessorized with dark sunglasses and a designer handbag. The couple’s toddler, Kenzo, will turn two later this month.
Hart’s legal team responded to Sabbag’s lawsuit, calling it ‘baseless.’ Sabbag alleges that Hart, along with several other parties, conspired to release a sеx tape of their encounter without her consent. Despite Sabbag requesting an extension for further paperwork due to potential settlement discussions, Hart’s lawyers arguе that Sabbag is merely trying to prolong the case.
In the lawsuit, Sabbag also named Fameoulous, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and former Hart associate Jonathan Todd Jackson. She claims these parties conspired to record her and Hart’s private moments without consent.
Hart was seen driving a Mercedes-Benz SLS sports car on Tuesday, just over two months after a severe crаsh on September 1 that led to еmеrgеncy spinal surgery. The accidеnt occurred when the vintage Plymouth Barracuda, driven by Eniko’s personal trainer Rebecca Broxterman’s fiancé Jared Black, veered off Mulholland Highway and crashed into a ditch.
Earlier this week, Hart delivered a heartfelt speech at the People’s Choice Awards, where he won the Comedy Act award for his Netflix special, Irresponsible. He expressed deep gratitude for his family and fans, acknowledging their support during his challenging time.
