Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian were filled with pride as their four-year-old daughter, Olympia, achieved a new milestone on Monday.

Alexis, the co-founder of Reddit, shared a heartwarming family photo on Instagram, celebrating Olympia’s first ballet recital. In the picture, Alexis smiled brightly while Serena cradled Olympia, who was still dressed in her tutu from the performance.

The proud parents showered Olympia with praise after the recital, both carrying bouquets in her honor. Olympia, whose full namе is Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., commemorated her achievement with a ring pop.

Alexis wrote in his Instagram caption, “Proud of you, Junior! (The ring pop was not part of the performance).” Serena recently discussed balancing her career as a tennis superstar with motherhood during an interview on the Today show.

Serena and Alexis, who married in a lavish New Orleans wedding in November 2017, have been actively introducing Olympia to various recreational activities, including miniature golf. During the CоVID-19 lockdowns, Serena shared on Instagram Stories that Olympia had started taking tennis lessons.

Despite being the daughter of a renowned athlete, Serena noted that Olympia’s tennis instructor initially had no idea about her background. Serena has been careful not to be overprotective or distracting during Olympia’s lessons, often leaving immediately after dropping her off.
