Serena Williams kept it low-key while stepping out in Paris on Thursday.
The tennis icon, who previously disclosed undergoing a skin-tightening treatment for her stomach after the birth of her second daughter, chose to forgo high fashion in favor of comfortable athleisure wear for her city stroll.
At 42, Williams sported a sleek look with black joggers and a matching hoodie.
She embraced her natural beauty, wearing minimal makeup behind dark-framed prescription glasses.
Her long, blonde hair was styled in waves and pulled back into a side ponytail.
Adding a touch of fun, the Grand Slam champion paired purple sneakers with a pink-billed hat.
The Wyn Beauty founder arrived in the City of Lights following a fun Fashion Week in Milan with her sister, Venus, 44.
Williams is set to share the ups and downs of her remarkable career in the upcoming docuseries “In The Arena: Serena Williams.”
The eight-part series will delve into ‘the pivotal moments in Serena’s life on and off the court,’ as announced by the TriBeCa Film Festival before its New York premiere on June 13.
The series will showcase ‘the steps that, when reflected upon, rеvеal the incredible journey she has traveled over the course of her career.’
‘It’s a great chance for people to see the other side,’ she told Style Culture TV.
‘I think most people see the Grand Slam victories and the trophy celebrations,’ she said. ‘I want viewers to appreciate the effort before the trophy was raised, and all the work and memories behind the scenes,’ she explained.
‘I’ve had countless amazing memories,’ the Olympic gold medalist shared.
‘That’s why “Serena in the Arena” has eight episodes—because we couldn’t narrow it down to just one memory.’
Offering a sneak peek, Williams revealed that episode four of the show is ‘very emotional. It discusses my comeback and a lot of things I was going through behind the scenes.’
Williams retired from tennis in September 2022, nearly a year before the birth of her daughter Adira in August 2023. She and her husband, Alexis Ohanian, 41, also have a six-year-old daughter, Alexis Olympia.
“In The Arena: Serena Williams” premieres on ESPN+ on July 10.
