Tom Holland surprised attendees at the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer launch event in Los Angeles on Tuesday. The 25-year-old actor, known for his role as the web-slinging hero since 2016, couldn’t hide his excitement as he addressed a crowd of enthusiastic Spider-Man fans.
Holland looked dapper in a stylish brown and red plaid blazer paired with matching trousers. Underneath, he wore a cream-toned shirt with a large stripe across the front and along the collar. His brunette hair was neatly styled with gel, and he sported brown spectacles for the occasion.
Onstage, Holland was accompanied by moderator Coy Jandreau, who selected lucky fans to ask questions about the upcoming film. Addressing the speculation about cameos from Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Holland neither confirmed nor denied their involvement, as reported by Variety. However, he expressed his excitement about being part of a significant moment in cinematic history during the film’s production.
Reflecting on his initial doubts about Marvel’s ambitious plans for the film, Holland admitted, “I was like, ‘That’s never going to work. There’s no way you’re going to be able to get that done.’ And they did.” He emphasized the film’s innovative figҺt scenes, teasing a ’35-beɑt’ bɑttle sequence that he described as unprecedented in any previous Spider-Man movie.
Tom Holland took over the role of Spider-Man after Andrew Garfield’s tenure and made his debut in Marvel’s Captain America: Civil Wɑr in 2016. His first solo Spider-Man film, Spider-Man: Homecoming, premiered in 2017, followed by Spider-Man: Far from Home in 2019.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is set to Һit theaters on December 17.
