He has just come back from a lavish vacation in St. Lucia, where he celebrated his third wedding anniversary with his wife, Eniko Hart.
However, it was back to business for Kevin Hart on Tuesday as he resumed filming his upcoming project, Fatherhood.
The 40-year-old actor was seen on set in Boston, looking relaxed and dressed casually as he prepared for his role as a single father. He wore medium-wash jeans, a blue t-shirt, and a gray zip-up hoodie for the scenes.
The Jumanji star appeared focused as he reviewed his script during a break from filming. When he was ready, he participated in a scene where he struggled to fold a stroller and seemed to have a confrоntɑtion with a stranger sitting on a park bench. The comedian plays the lead role of a man who unexpectedly finds himself raising his daughter alone while coping with grief.
Fatherhood is based on Matthew Logelin’s memoir, Two Kisses for Maddy. The book details Logelin’s experience as a suddеn single parent after his wife’s unеxpеcted dеath the day after giving birth to their daughter.
Alfre Woodard has been cast to play his mother-in-law, and the film will also feature DeWanda Wise, Lil Rel Howery, Anthony Carrigan, Melody Hurd, Paul Reiser, and Deborah Ayorinde alongside Hart.
The movie is slated for release in theaters in April 2020 and is being produced by Kevin Hart and Sony Pictures. In real life, Kevin is a father of three: his one-year-old son, Kenzo, with his current wife, and two children from his previous marriage, a 14-year-old daughter, Heaven, and an 11-year-old son, Hendrix.
2019 has been a significant year for the actor, despite stepping down from hosting the Oscars earlier in the year. He lent his voice to the character Snowball in The Sеcrеt Life of Pets 2, had a notable role in the Fast and Furious spin-off Hobbs & Shaw, and will appear in Jumanji: The Next Level later this year.
Kevin topped Forbes’ list of highest-earning stand-up comedians, raking in an impressive $59 million.
He also released a new Netflix stand-up special, Kevin Hart: Irresponsible, this spring, which addressed his cheating scɑndɑl from two years ago. However, he and his second wife seem to have moved on, recently returning from a tropical vacation to celebrate her 35th birthday and their third wedding anniversary.
“Celebrating Love & Life. I can get used to us celebrating my birthday and our anniversary together… Forever!” Eniko posted on her Instagram.
The couple appeared to indulge in their vacation, enjoying dinners and sipping champagne alone on the beach.
Both were active on social media, sharing numerous beach photos and expressions of their love and affection, posting sweet snapshots by the seaside.
