Tom Holland exited the Duke of York Theatre in the West End after his performance of Romeo and Juliet on Wednesday night, showcasing his stylish attire.
The 28-year-old Spider-Man star, currently portraying Romeo Montague in the Shakespearean tragedy, displayed his toned arms by donning a grey sweater vest over a plain white T-shirt. Keeping to his British roots, Holland was seen leaving the theatre with a mug of tea in hand as he greeted fans.
Completing his ensemble with pale blue denim jeans and white trainers, Holland waved to the crowd before heading home. Recently, reports surfaced that the actor has been instructed to swiftly leave the theatre after his performances due to the overwhelming number of fans clamoring to catch a glimpse of him.
Despite the new rules for a quick exit, Holland remained cooperative, according to sources. Westminster Council emphasized the importance of public safety and stated that managing crowds and access to theatres is the responsibility of each venue.
Earlier this week, Holland smiled and waved to waiting fans at the stage door but refrained from stopping to chat or sign autographs. While he won’t engage in personal interactions, he is willing to pose for photos.
Since his return to the stage, Holland has opted for a more casual wardrobe, swapping suits for T-shirts and trainers. He made his West End debut in Billy Elliot the Musical but hadn’t performed on stage since May 2010. Despite restrictions on autographs and selfies, Holland has made efforts to accommodate fans by posing for pictures before departing each night.
