The actor owns two residences within the confines of a gated community. Kevin Hart previously possessed an exquisite abode in a secured enclave in Calabasas. However, earlier this year, he made an additional investment in the neighboring property. As reported by Velvet Ropes, the “True Story” star acquired a 26-acre parcel of land in 2015 for $1.35 million and proceeded to invest nearly $2 million in erecting a Spanish-style villa. This lavish dwelling boasts amenities such as a swimming pool, a cabana, a children’s playground, and two separate guesthouses.
Not content with just one expansive abode, Kevin expanded his real estate holdings to include the adjacent house, shelling out $7 million for the 16.3-acre estate. This second property reportedly features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, an infinity-edged swimming pool, and a tennis court. With the combined value of both properties estimated at $10 million, they offer ample space and amenities for Kevin, his wife Eniko, their children Kenzo (4) and Kaori (1), as well as his children Heaven (16) and Hendrix (14) from a previous relationship with Torrei.
Kevin has provided glimpses into his primary residence for his fans. Inside, a spacious grey corner sofa delineates the living area, facing a TV mounted on a marble-effect feature wall with an electric fireplace below. Storage for children’s toys is cleverly tucked behind the sofa in a trunk. Black scatter cushions and a Hermes blanket lend a cozy ambiance to the sofa, while white blinds and full-length curtains adorn the large glass doors.
In celebration of Heaven’s sixteenth birthday, the family’s dining room was adorned with large green and blue floral arrangements, complementing the matching table settings. A substantial table rests atop a grey rug, surrounded by plush Chesterfield dining chairs.
Kevin’s wife Eniko shared a glimpse of their stylish kitchen, characterized by wooden cupboards with black handles. Black and white stools are stationed at the breakfast bar, while Eniko was photographed seated at a round black table illuminated by a statement light fixture overhead.
