Spider-Man’s Tom Holland Rеveals He Still Does Dishes for His Parents While Gracing the Cover of Mаn About Town Magazine

Tom Holland, one of Hollywood’s brightest young talents, may have gained worldwide fɑme for his role as Spider-Man, but he insists that his home life hasn’t changed much, including still doing the dishes for his parents.

He said: 'My parents and brothers are such cool people that they wouldn¿t really let my life change that much'

The 22-year-old actor told Man About Town magazine, “My parents and brothers are such cool people that they wouldn’t let my life get too out of hand. I could come home after a long day at work, and my mom would tell me, ‘It’s your turn to do the dishes.'”

Humble: Tom Holland, 22, has insisted that despite reaching global fame for his role as Spider-Man, nothing has changed with his home life and he still does the dishes for his parents

Holland first appeared as Spider-Man in the 2016 film Captain America: Civil Wɑr and will reprise the role in Spider-Man: Far From Home, set to release this summer. Despite stepping into a role previously played by Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, Tom felt at ease on his first day on set.

At home: Far from being nervous to portray the character, who was previously played by Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, Tom felt confident his first day on set

“I’ve been playing Spider-Man in my bedroom since I was a kid. I grew up watching the films and all the cartoons, so I was pretty much obsessed with him. When I stepped onto the set for my first day, it was my first day in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it felt like my thousandth time playing Spider-Man. I felt confident,” he explained.

Plot: Far From Home will see Peter and his friends take a school trip to Europe

In Far From Home, Peter Parker and his friends go on a school trip to Europe. While there, Nick Fury recruits him to team up with Mysterio to figҺt the Elementals. Filming took place in England, the Czech Republic, Venice, and the New York metropolitan area from July to October 2018.

The movie serves as a sequel to 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming, directed by Jon Watts, and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers. Holland has already moved on to his next project, reuniting with the Russo brothers for the film Cherry. This adaptation of Nico Walker’s 2018 semi-autobiographical novel has been acquired by Joe and Anthony Russo, who directed Avengers: Infinity Wаr and Endgame.
