Exclusive new photographs reveɑl the extensive two-year renovations on Tom Holland’s £2.5million west London home. The Spider-Man star bought the property in 2018 and began refurbishments in 2020, which required six planning applications.
The 26-year-old actor wa𝚗ted significant changes to the structure, including additional living space, before moving in. An updated image shows the home’s current state, hinting that Tom plans to move in with his long-term girlfriend, Zendaya, also 26.
These seven-figure renovations are funded by the estimated £15 million Tom earned from his six Marvel movies, fueling speculation that Zendaya might relocate to the UK. The couple has been spotted together around London recently, suggesting they might have already settled into the home.
The impressive three-story house features classic elements like a bay window and arched porch, with brand new sash windows. The property has been repointed and reroofed with slate tiles for a polished look, and overgrown foliage has been removed for a cleaner appearance. The original wooden gates have been replaced with electric ones.
Planning sketches show an orangery has been added to the back of the home, allowing Tom and Zendaya to enjoy the garden view. Tom had previously lived with his parents, comedian Dominic and photographer Nicola, and the new house is nearby.
Tom and Zendaya have been seen strolling in London with his parents and picking up groceries at a local Waitrose. They were also spotted with a friend at Richmond Park. Tom’s readiness to move in was hinted at when he was seen dropping off items at a charity shop.
The Mail on Sunday previously reported that Tom bought the six-bedroom property in 2018 but desired extensive remodeling, including a cinema, sauna, and games room in the new rear extension. He’s also received permission for a larger basement and a timber-clad garden room overlooking landscaped grounds.
Rumors about Tom and Zendaya’s relationship almost not happening surfaced after a Spider-Man producer, Amy Pascal, advised them against dating, as reported by The New York Times. However, they didn’t take the advice to heart, much like Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, who also dated after co-starring in The Amazing Spider-Man. Despite Pascal’s advice, the couples pursued their relationships.
