This time, the 48-year-old actor demonstrated Tai Chi at the Man of Tai Chi press conference at Qihoo 360 Technology Co.’s headquarters in Beijing, China.

He's no rookie: This isn't the first time Keanu has demonstrated Kung Fu in his movies after having experience in The Matrix movie franchise

After shouting into a microphone on stage, he reenacted some of the moves from his upcoming film.

Initially, Reeves became noticeably flushed as he raised his fists and threw punches into the air. However, the mood shifted to calm when he later demonstrated more graceful Tai Chi techniques.

Despite all the physical exertion, Keanu stuck to his typical attire for the event, sporting a black V-neck T-shirt, a black suit, and tan desert boots. The Point Break star appeared a bit fuller in the face, suggesting he had gained some weight recently.

In Man of Tai Chi, Keanu both directs and stars in the film, which focuses on martial artists. It’s his directorial debut, with his martial arts trainer from the Matrix films, Tiger Hu Chen, taking the lead in the multilingual film, featuring Mandarin, Cantonese, and English dialogue.

When asked about his choice to make a Kung Fu film, Keanu explained: “Kung fu movies are beautiful, exotic, wonderful, empowering.” He added: “It’s like play. There’s something childlike about it. They are fake fights – and that’s fun.”

It’s been a hectic few months for Reeves, who has been filming and promoting the movie Generation Um… among his other projects.
