The Malibu villa is more than 7,450 square feet and sits on 3 acres of property. It features a private path to a private beach. The contemporary-style home may be reached by a long driveway past the tennis courts. The home has been completely renovated and is built for easy indoor-outdoor movement.

The main floor features a great room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that connect the living room, den, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. It features breathtaking ocean views and a large wraparound deck with a fire pit.

The main suite includes a fireplace, a sitting area, two spa-like bathrooms, and a walk-in closet.
