The BeyHive is buzzing over an early holiday gift.

Beyoncé added to the excitement around the premiere of her Renaissance performance film with the release of a new song, “My House”. The song was published on streaming platforms on December 1st, the same day Beyoncé’s Renaissance: A Film was released in theatres.

The singer’s latest song features a bassy chorus as well as an explicit warning. The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter sings, “This is real love / Lend your soul to intuitions (This is real) / RENAISSANCE, new revolution / Pick me up even if I fall / Let love heal us all, us all, us all.

“This isn’t the first sᴜгρгιꜱеd release from Queen Bey, who famously released her self-titled fifth album on streaming services without notice in 2013. “My House” arrives almost exactly 10 years after that awful day, as Beyoncé released it on December 13, 2013.

Beyoncé’s latest single was also released just hours after she attended the London premiere of her concert film, which was a star-studded affair. Blue Ivy Carter, Beyoncé’s eldest daughter, joined her mother on the red carpet alongside Blake Lively and Taylor Swift.
