Megan Fox purchased a $4.65M Malibu mansion

Fox experienced mold and floods firsthand in her lavish Malibu estate, a four-bedroom residence set in the Malibu hills. The property, which was built in 1965, had a bad reputation for mold and floods. In an unusual turn of events, Fox filed a complaint against the former owner, who also happened to be Brad Pitt’s longtime manager, in 2018 over these safety concerns.

After a protracted legal battle, the dispute reached its resolution in 2021, thereby enabling Fox to list the 3,300-square-foot residence on the market in early April for $4,650,000.

Despite its tumultuous past, the property has managed to capture the attention of a potential buyer. Advertised as a “dream home that resembles an oil painting,” the house currently stands in contingent sale status. While the home itself exudes charm, the disclosure statement promises to offer an intriguing narrative for prospective purchasers.

This unique home exudes a boho vibe with its brilliant paint, enticing wallpaper, colourful tiles, and quirky charm. The house sits on a two-acre parcel in Ramirez Canyon, surrounded by fruit trees, a greenhouse, stone walls, scenic bridges, and meandering trails that weave through the lush surroundings.

A profusion of color saturates every nook and cranny of the house, from the foam green cabinets in the kitchen to the captivating tile work embellishing the backsplash, as well as the fireplaces in the living room and primary bedroom.

The main bedroom boasts a glass-enclosed sitting area, seamlessly extending into a spa-inspired bathroom. The lower level offers effortless access to the outdoors, where an inviting patio equipped with a fire pit, a sport court, a pool, and an in-ground trampoline beckon.

At the age of 37, Megan Fox is celebrated for her iconic roles in “Transformers” and the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” film series. This year, she is slated to join the cast of the fourth installment of “The Expendables,” an action-packed franchise headlined by Sylvester Stallone.
