JAY-Z celebrated his 54th birthday in style!
According to various sources, the rap singer celebrated his birthday on December 4 with a magnificent, star-studded celebration hosted by his wife Beyoncé at the Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte vineyards outside Bordeaux, France.
According to the French television network TF1, the party included a lavish chateau supper, private aircraft, and travels on a specially chartered Venice Simplon Orient Express train.
The Renaissance artist, 42, was apparently in the neighborhood at the time, as were Rihanna, Kris Jenner, Ellen Pompeo, and Lisa of BLACKPINK.
Attendees stayed on the wi𝚗еries’ grounds at the five-star spa and hotel Les Sources de Caudalie. According to TF1, the 64-room luxury house was privatized for the duration of their stay for many days.
Guests went on trips to several of Bordeaux’s most-known wi𝚗еmaking estates throughout the multi-day event. Bottles of expensive and rare wi𝚗еs were served to partygoers at Chateau Yquem and Cheval Blanc, both holdings of the luxury business LMVH, to whom JAY-Z sold 50% of his champagne house Arnaud de Brignac in 2021. A tasting at Château Pétrus was also planned, and bottles of the 1969 vintage were served to commemorate JAY-Z’s birth year.
The Belmond firm of London owns the Venice Simplon Orient Express, on which the Roc Nation co-founder is reported to have traveled.
The music mogul was pictured attending a birthday party for his business associate, Roc Nation co-founder and Vice Chairman Jay Brown, ahead of his own. The rap legend was photographed leaving the Les Sources de Caudalie hotel party. He appeared to be at ease as he walked out with a beverage in hand, dressed comfortably in an enormous black hat, a black Puma pullover, and black track pants, which he teamed with Timberland boots.
JAY-Z’s birthday was celebrated on Instagram by Roc Nation Senior Vice President Lenny Santiago, who shared a snapshot of the recording artist at Brown’s party. The “Empire State of Mind” artist stood outside the home in his sleek, black peacoat, smiling and holding a wi𝚗е glass in the photo published to Santiago’s photography account.
