Tom Holland, star of Spider-Man, writes a really cute message to his best friend

Is there anything sweeter than the friendships Tom Holland has with his Marvel co-stars? The guy who plays Spider-Man often shares love for Jake Gyllenhaal (Mysterio) on social media, but it’s not just Jake who gets attention. Jacob Batalon, aka Ned Leeds in the MCU, had a cute online moment with Holland after he dedicated a post to his onscreen BFF.

Holland posted, “Jacob call me… I miss you,” to which Batalon replied, “I’ll call you today.” Fingers crossed they already had a nice, long chat! The next Spider-Man movie with Holland is set for next November, and he recently spilled the beans on when he plans to start filming. In a video on his father’s Patreon account, Holland said, “Finish Uncharted, finish Spider-Man in February next year. Two press tours, maybe together, which should take six weeks’ worth of work.” That’s the busy life of this young actor, who also teased Day One of work on Uncharted with Mark Wahlberg.Even though we know almost nothing about the next Spider-Man movie, some fans hope Peter Parker might get some legal help from Matt Murdock/Daredevil after the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home. However, Charlie Cox, who played Daredevil, said he’s not involved in those rumors. “I hadn’t heard those rumors, but it’s certainly not with my Daredevil. I’m not involved in it,” Cox shared. “If that’s true, it’s not with me. It’s with another actor.”As per the 2019 agreement between Marvel Studios and Sony, Holland’s Spider-Man will feature in one more solo MCU film and can also appear in another Marvel Studios movie that isn’t a Spider-Man title.
